SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of dispersing nano- and microparticles, their mixing with the particles of the polymer to add the nano- and microparticles into the polymeric matrix which is used to make products of modified polymeric materials, and can be used in devices of mass production of the said products. The method of dispersing consists in feeding the nano- or microparticles with polymer particles into the mixing zone, their mixing in the mixing zone; the dispersion of nano- or microparticles is carried out simultaneously with mixing of the nano- or microparticles in the mixing zone made in the form of a drum, the drum is rotated by the drive on two spatial cranks with geometric axes of the hinges intersecting at an angle of 25-65 degrees and the axes of their rotation intersecting at an angle of 145-178 degrees with the ratio of the crank length to the shortest distance between the axes of their rotation, which is equal to ratio of the sines of the angles of intersecting of their geometric axes of the hinges to carry out the processes of dispersion and mixing.
