FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing polymer composition and nanosized filler used in production of polymer composite materials of wide range of application. Method involves adding and mixing of nanosized fillers with polymer and drying nanocomposite mixture. All processes are carried out in cavitation field of ultrasound oscillations. Dispersion of nanosized filler is carried out in organic liquid, such as organic oxo- and hydroxy compounds with lower density than that of polymer. Polymer is added to obtained suspension. Then nanocomposite mixture is dried with gradual increase of temperature to 80 °C and pressure decrease from 101400 to 100 Pa with continuous mechanical stirring until complete distillation of organic liquid.
EFFECT: obtaining a homogeneous composition and structure of polymer composite material with improved deformation-strength properties.
