SUBSTANCE: in design of proposed device, in initial vertical position of reservoir, support in the form of master space crank is installed near lower end of reservoir, and distance from upper end to slave space crank makes around 1/2 of its height, and reservoir represents a truncated cone with large diametre near bottom end, has detachable cover and detachable bottom, locking devices of which provide for tightness.

EFFECT: technical and technological conditions are created for complex space motion of vertically installed reservoir and provision of uneven speed of rotation, which will increase impact effect of cream flow when discharged, being under border conditions by speeds of rotation, from bottom to cover and back without sliding motion along reservoir walls.
