SUBSTANCE: when implementing the above method linear vibration is communicated to a vibrating frame by two centrifugal unbalanced electromechanical vibrators, in the process of drilling the drilling mud is filtered through sieves or sieve cassettes fixed at the vibrating frame, the filtered drill mud is discharged to a tank of a circulating system. While implementing versions of the above method linear vibration is communicated to the frame at a frequency of a synchronous vibration of the unbalanced vibrators equal to 50 Hz at a frequency of feed current equal to 50 Hz, at a frequency of the synchronous vibration of the vibrators equal to 60 Hz at a frequency of the feed current equal to 60 Hz; at that the amplitude of the frame oscillations is set depending on the preset vibration acceleration and the angular frequency of the frame oscillations; in the third version vibration acceleration is changed for the vibrating frame within limits from 4 G up to 10 G, where G=9.81 m/s2, vibration amplitude of the vibrating frame is set within limits from 0.5 up to 1.0 mm, the vibrating frame frequency is set within limits from 40 up to 65 Hz by changing the frequency of the current fed from the mains.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of the drilling mud treatment and drill cuttings drying.
