FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: disintegrator contains casing with cover, loading hopper, work chamber, work element and drive motor. The work element is made in form of two coaxial discs. Discs join each other at end faces by work surfaces creating clearance. One disc has the possibility of rotation, and the other disc is fixed permanently in the casing. The drive motor is made as double asynchronous two-stator single rotor frontal motor with hollow shaft. Stator magnetic cores are rigidly secured in the casing, and squirrel-cage rotor is connected with one of the work discs via the hollow shaft. The hollow shaft has process holes for the processed substance passage in clearance between discs. At that the casing is made as assembly with ventilation holes and chamber for the ready product gathering in the bottom part.

EFFECT: possibility to change clearance between the work discs to process loose materials with different size with various degree of grinding thus ensuring grinding quality, intensifies grinding process with increased efficiency.
