FIELD: lifting devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to screw jacks and serves for cargo lifting and lowering with an automatic stop and latching after disconnection of supply voltage. Self-braking screw jack comprises an axial, asynchronous, single-rotor, and single-rotor electric motor. Its housing consists of upper and lower load-carrying shields, fixed rigidly to each other, at that from internal end side of lower bearing shield fixed magnetic conductor of stator with excitation winding, and rotor consists of magnetic conductor of rotor with winding and base, interconnected and forming an annular disc, the base of which is connected by means of a spline connection to the nut with the possibility of axial movement between the inner end surface of the ledge and the inner end surface of the brake pad. Ledge is made on the lower part of the nut, its diameter has an increased value in relation to the diameter of the splined joint, and the braking pad is rigidly fixed on the brake disk rigidly mounted on the inner end side of the upper bearing shield. Above nut is connected to the screw by means of a threaded connection. Rotor winding is phase, the ends of phases of which are connected to contact rings located on outer side surface of rotor on one level with brushes with brush holder, which is fixedly fixed on external side of upper bearing shield. Thickness of contact rings located on rotor is made with allowance for possibility of axial movement of contact rings with rotor disc relative to brushes along splined connection for electric signal transmission from each winding phase through contact rings and brushes to additional active resistances with their subsequent connection to electric unit.
EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of increasing lifting capacity of jack and accuracy of positioning due to possibility of changing value of resistance in rotor circuit.
