FIELD: processing and recycling of waste.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biological treatment of residential wastewater and is intended for use primarily in the housing and communal services of small and medium-sized cities, in agroindustrial complexes with enterprises – sources of concentrated wastewater and adjoining residential areas with a population of at least 10,000 people. Method for processing solid domestic waste includes separating it from inorganic components, some of them are directly mixed with a part of the organic waste of mechanobiological purification and subjected to homogenization and partial grinding in the hydropulpator. Biodegradable components are separated and subjected to final anaerobic processing in a methane tank to produce biogas and bioslime, another part of solid household waste before the final anaerobic processing in the methane tank they are subjected to preliminary aerobic waste treatment with another part of the waste of mechanobiological treatment of wastewater. Bioslime of the methane tank are separated into fractions in a mechanical thickener, the solid fraction is used for the preparation of fertilizers. Nonbiodegradable components are separated directly in the hydropulpator with their subsequent thermochemical processing into a gaseous energy carrier and ash, before the final anaerobic processing in a methane tank biodegradable components they are subjected to mechanical thickening directly in the hydropulpator followed by anaerobic processing of the supernatant in a two-step anaerobic bioreactor with immobilized microflora to produce biogas and effluent, bioslime is subjected to final aerobic treatment before being divided into fractions. Device for processing solid domestic waste contains hydraulically connected means for separating organic components into large and small fractions, a cutting machine, a hydropulpator, a methane tank, mechanical thickener and means for preparation of fertilizers, an aerobic bioreactor, whose input is connected with the release of means for separating organic components and with a source of wastewater treatment waste, hydropulpator and methane tank. Additional aerobic bioreactor is provided between the methane tank and mechanical thickener, additionally, means for separating organic components into biodegradable and non-biodegradable components are provided, with their placement together with means for separating organic components into large and small fractions, cutting machine in the hermetic package of the hydropulpator. Output of biodegradable components and large fractions is connected with the input of the gas generator, the egress of the supernatant is connected with the input of a two-step anaerobic bioreactor with immobilized microflora. Output of the effluents of the first and second stages together with the output of the mechanical thickener is connected with the installation of deep biological cleaner. Output of the hydropulpator and aerobic bioreactors over the gas is connected with the oxidation-reduction zone of the gas generator.

EFFECT: use of this group of inventions makes it possible to reduce the number of separate stages of the main cycle of processing of the raw material.
