FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: initial manure is subjected to aerobic processing to obtain biogas and ammoniated effluent. The effluent is subjected to mechanical separation into a solid and a liquid fraction. The solid fraction is subjected to thermochemical gasification to obtain generator gas which is used for the anaerobic treatment for synthesis of methane and as a coolant. Fractionation is carried out after the aerobic treatment to obtain wet oxygen-containing gas which is used for gasification of the solid fraction. The liquid fraction is subjected to anaerobic treatment in the temperature range of 50-60°C. The mixture of biogas and the generator gas is used for air stripping ammonia from the effluent, the ammonia vapours are condensed to obtain ammonia water. The heat of condensation is used to reduce the moisture content of the solid fraction prior to the thermochemical gasification. The thermal energy of the effluent after the air stripping of ammonia is used for preliminary heating the manure.
EFFECT: increase in efficiency of the gasification process of manure in general combined with recovery of valuable fertiliser component - ammonia nitrogen.
