FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of solid community wastes and can be used at complex enrichment and treatment plants. Proposed process consists in sizing said solid wastes with isolation of biologically degradable -60 to -100 mm fractions to be subjected to gravity separation in water. Note here that concentrate of gravity separation is subjected sequentially to heat treatment, primary crushing in percussion-cutting crusher. Primary grinding products are screened to isolate undersize and oversize products. Undersize products are dried and re-crushed at, preferably, roll crusher. Secondary grinding products are screened to isolate undersize and oversize products. Third fraction of undersize products is crushed at roll crusher. Third fraction crushing products are separately crushed to isolate oversize products and combine isolated undersize products in biologically degradable fraction.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, lower costs at continuous process.
