FIELD: environmental protection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to environmental protection and can be used for processing and recycling polymer components of municipal and industrial wastes, namely production of elements of building structures. Method comprises grinding and mixing polymer components, heating the obtained mixture to a liquid state while slowly moving it downward along the screw heater through the wall by the flue gases coming into its thermal jacket and cooled therein, as a result of which in the mixture steam, low-boiling hydrocarbons are formed, solid polymer components become plastic, pressure is increased, and the mixture itself becomes a liquid paste, which is supplied to degasser, removal of cooled flue gases from screw heater supplied to heater of network water, after which flue gases are directed to gas cleaning, simultaneous separation from charge in degasser, as a result of volume increase and pressure reduction, pyrolysis gas, which is a mixture of water vapor, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, low-boiling hydrocarbons and insignificant amount of oxygen, and degassed charge under action of gravity enters the degassing pan. At that, pyrolysis gas is discharged into burner of combustion chamber of screw heater, supply of doses of filler from bin for filler into forms, moving on belt conveyor, during further movement of which the free part of the inner space of the molds is filled with doses of the molten charge from the degasser and the molds filled with elements of the construction structure are collected into the cooling chamber, where they are cooled and hardened.

EFFECT: high reliability and efficiency of recycling polymer components of municipal and industrial wastes.
