FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: ignition composition for electric igniters contains oxidant, fuel, binding agent and additional oxidant. Ignition composition contains, in wt %: as oxidant - polytetrafluorothylene 8-13, as fuel - aluminium-magnesium alloy with content of aluminium 48 wt % and magnesium 52 wt % 70, as binding agent - copolymer of trifluorochloroethylene and vinylidenfluoride or copolymer of vinylidenfluoride and hexaflupropropylene, or copolymer of vinylidenfluoride and chlorotrifluoroethylene 7-15, as additional oxidant - titanium dioxide or magnesium dioxide, or barium sulphate, or calcium sulphate 5-12. Mixture of polytetradluoroethylene with aluminium-magnesium alloy is subjected to mechanic processing with shock-abrasive impact with dose of mechanical energy from 10 to 50 J/g. Mechanically processed mixture is mixed with binding agent and additional oxidant.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase heat of combustion of ignition composition for electric igniters, temperature of its combustion and content of condensed combustion products.
