SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electric engineering and may be used in different industries. Three-phase transformer includes magnet core with yoke articulated with three rods with windings placed on them. The rod peaks are jointed in one articulation point. Windings at the rods are shaped as truncated cone. One of the rods win winding is placed perpendicular to the magnet core yoke.

EFFECT: reduction of magnetic losses and improved improvement of cooling conditions for windings.
