FIELD: sports. SUBSTANCE: sports shoe consists of a sole 1 connected with upper 2 having fixing devices 3, insole 4 and support unit with horizontal surface in heel zone 5, toe surface 6 inclined to running side. Toe ad heel support members 6 and 7 are made of a stiff thermoplastic material. Support member 6 is divided by cross slots 8 whose width and depth increase from toe to heel. Upper surface 9 of toe member 6 and fixing projection 10 on inner side of toe-and-in-step part are made of a flexible material. The invention can be used in the manufacture of cross-country and spiked shoes, boots, ski and skate shoes.
