FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in electric drives for analysis and control of metrological characteristics of measuring circuits of systems, which are built on the basis of an asynchronous motor with a frequency converter. Essence: measurement and recording of instantaneous values of currents of the asynchronous motor stator is performed in two phases of the electric motor by means of proximity current sensors. Conversion of the recorded signals to a digital shape is performed. The data is processed and a calculation-experimental hodograph of a spatial current vector of the stator is built up. As per geometrical characteristics, to which surface area, shape, values of angles between basic vectors, and elliptic coefficient refer, determination and analysis of metrological characteristics of control and monitoring channels of the frequency converter - asynchronous motor system is performed, as well as a feed network is checked as per electric power quality parameters.
EFFECT: simpler control of metrological characteristics of control systems of asynchronous electric drives; simpler procedure of assessment of errors without any disconnection from a production cycle; improving reliable forecast of failure occurrence time.
