FIELD: physics, acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of reducing acoustic noise. A noise-absorbing module comprises a closed separate vessel formed by walls of a pressure shell made of structural acoustic materials in which a porous sound-absorbing substance is placed, represented by separate crushed fragmented sound-absorbing elements made from wastes in the form of crushed porous sound-absorbing components dismantled from recyclable man-made objects. The universal membrane-type noise-absorbing module is characterised by given geometrical, weight and size, structural and physical parameters of component elements thereof, is primarily characterised by regular geometric shapes of volumetric cavity elements formed by a bearing flat or moulded non-flat base, the peripheral flanging part of which is mated with an elastic sound-absorbing membrane with zero clearance using an adhesive bond. The cavities of the closed separate vessels contain separate crushed sound-absorbing elements, volumes of which are primarily in the range Vf=4.2×(10-9…10-2) m3, the filling density of the cavity of the closed formed separate vessel ρf=10…655 kg/m3.
EFFECT: improved noise-absorption.
