SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. A steam-turbine plant includes at least one steam turbine assembly and one process steam user; with that, the process steam user is equipped with a heat exchanger, and the steam turbine assembly is connected to the heat exchanger through a bleed line. An attemperator is connected to the bleed line on the side of the first circuit, therefore, the process steam bled through the bleed line from the steam turbine assembly can be conditioned by means of the attemperator till conditions of implementation of the process by the process steam user, and besides, the energy bled in the attemperator can be supplied again to the steam-turbine plant.
EFFECT: invention allows reducing energy losses.
