FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: mechanism includes connecting part (2) having a possibility of being mated and connected to the first connecting part (1) at a sea bottom, central lifting frame (30), guide part (40), which forms a continued part of lifting frame (30), and lifting clamp (50). Mechanism (20) also includes gripping devices (32, 33, 35) having a possibility of partial enclosure and retention of pipeline end (E2) or having a detachable design for disconnection of pipeline end (E2) from lifting frame (30). For repeated use, mechanism (20) has a possibility of its repeated delivery to surface.
EFFECT: invention relates to construction of pipelines and can be used for lowering or lifting of a pipeline end located at the sea bottom.
