FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agricultural engineering. The baling unit for forming bales from agricultural crop material comprises a frame, a receiving device, a bale-forming unit and a device of prior baling for forming, when it is necessary, a prior bale. The device of prior baling comprises a lower belt conveyor and an upper belt conveyor, between which the prior bale is formed. At least one of the lower and upper belt conveyors can be moved to another from the lower and upper belt conveyors and away from it. The baling device is made with the ability to be mounted in a baling position in which the agricultural crop material is transferred into the bale-forming unit and the position of prior baling in which the agricultural crop material is taken into the device of prior baling to form a prior bale.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides continuous receiving the agricultural crop material and a continuous process of baling.
