The baler has a chamber in which the bale is formed and full-circle wrapped with the wrapping film, and a system controlling the degree of tension of the wrapping film. The system contains the first transmitter of the rotary motion for monitoring the rotation speed of the baler's roller rotating the bale and the second transmitter of the rotary motion for monitoring the rotation speed of the tension roller for the wrapping film tension . The microprocessor reads the signals from the first and the second transmitters and calculates the difference ratio of the linear velocities of the wrapping film near the rotating bale and the tension roller to the linear velocity of the wrapping film. The torsional load applied to the tension roller varies to change the rotation speed of the tension roller as long as the tention degree of the wrapping film is equal to the pre-defined tension degree in the microprocessor.
