SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to sanitary engineering. The wastewater cartridge is connected to the external drain hole and contains an upper wall, a hole therein for wastewater acceptance, an inlet chamber, a sealant suitable as a barrier for the external drain hole and other odours, an outlet chamber, an overlap, a separator and a necktube with a sealant. When the sealant is not in place inside the necktube, there will be a small area of wastewater inside the necktube accessible for air from outside the cartridge; thus the probability of odour emission into the environment outside the cartridge is reduced. The drain pipe cartridge contains an inlet chamber, a separator, a necktube, an outlet chamber and a discharge section with a wall separating the discharging section into the drain pipe and the snorkel. The method for preservation of a quantity of liquid odour-insulating sealant in the waste water cartridge includes stages whereat the overlap of the said area of the inlet chamber is spaced from the upper wall and the waste water receiving hole; the inlet chamber is connected to the hole via the necktube; the inlet chamber is separated from the outlet chamber by means of the separator; the overlapping surface is extended to the outside and downwards from the bottom end of the necktube to the inlet chamber external edge. The waste water cartridge contains a tubular wall, an upper wall, an inlet chamber, an outlet chamber, a vertical separator, an overlap, a necktube with an area less than that of the overlap, a drain pipe in the outlet chamber with a bottom end directed towards the external drain hole and a top end providing for the preset outlet level with the outlet chamber and the necktube made so that to be able to contain a sealant. The overlapping surface extends to the outside and downwards from the necktube bottom end to the external periphery of the inlet chamber determined by the tubular wall and the vertical separator.
