Device for load calibration, mechanism for facilitating lifting and climbing and system for facilitating lifting and climbing contain traction force generators; components for traction forces application functionally connected with traction force generators and made with possibility of traction force application (with the use of device, mechanism and system) to an object, control devices which contain load detection means and lifting force application means, motorized drums and rope which is attached to drum and object when device is used. To facilitate user's lifting in conditions of working on elevation following is provided: rope presence, detection by load detection means, load which is applied to rope in the first direction, selection of level provided for user lifting facilitation, determination of lifting force, application of lifting force in the second direction to balance load applied to the rope in the first direction, and issuing signal about lifting force determination completion to user fastened to the rope.
