FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: convertible plane comprises fuselage, wing, fins, mid flight engines, air blowers and air cushion guard composed under fuselage and wing by symmetric lateral skegs, front and rear moving drive elements. Air cushion void is communicated with air blowers and is divided into adjustable-pressure sections. Outlines of the wing and air cushion guard are shaped to isosceles pentagons symmetric about principal plane with right angles at the base and 80-120 degrees mid vertex angles. Note here that mid vertices of said outlines in plan are aligned with fuselage nose end. Wing pentagon outline is inscribed in circle with diameter equal to fuselage length. Guard pentagon outline is aligned with that of the wing at the part of base and sides at mid vertex on width equal to 0.9-1.1 of the wing length.
EFFECT: cargo and passenger transportation at cruising speed in water and air as well as on ground.
