SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a set of oligodeoxyribonucleotide primers and fluorescent-marked probes for identification of human metapneumovirus RNA by PCR method in real time mode, including four upstream and two downstream oligodeoxyribonucleotide primers and two fluorescent-marked DNA probes.
EFFECT: reliable and accurate detection of human metapneumovirus in clinical samples and other biological materials on par with known analogues.
