SUBSTANCE: invention refers to sets of primers and a fluorescence marked probe for identifying a genetic material (DNA) of human bocavirus in clinical samples, section samples, environmental samples, virus-containing culture fluids and other biological preparations for the diagnostic purposes, for therapeutic correction, epidemiological studies and can be used in medicine, biotechnology and epidemiology. The set of oligodeoxyribonucleotide primers for detecting DNA of human bocavirus comprising a pair of oligonucleotide polymers having the activity of upstream and downstream primers in polymerase chain reaction, as well as two fluorescence marked DNA probes. Upstream primer (forward primer) 5'→3' F: 5'-ATCCWCTTGADAACGGTRAACC-3' (22 s.); downstream primer (reverse primer) 5'→3' R: 5'-RGGRATAAAGAGMGAGCYCAA-3' (21 s.); fluorescence marked DNA probes (probe) 5'→3' Z: 5'-Cy5-CGCCGTGGCTCCTGCTC-BHQ2-3' (17 s.).

EFFECT: extended spectrum of import-substituting oligodeoxyribonucleotide primers and fluorescence marked probes enabling identifying human bocavirus by real-time PCR.
