SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the system and the method of design of building utilities. The system comprises a processor designed with a possibility of execution of the software program, user interface connected to the processor and designed with a possibility of reception of multiple data sets comprising the first data set containing the locations of multiple component devices of building utilities and the second data set containing at least one working parameter connected with at least one of multiple component devices, meanwhile the processor by means of execution of the software program uses multiple data sets for generation of multiple design solutions, and each of multiple design solutions contains a configuration of connections between multiple component devices, and also determines the costs for building connected with each of multiple design solutions and determines the optimised design solution from multiple design solutions on the basis of operational costs.

EFFECT: improvement of efficiency and accuracy of design of building utilities.
