SUBSTANCE: invention relates to encapsulation of substances and consists in method of obtaining particles of encapsulated fragrance "apple", possessing supramolecular properties. In the process of method realisation fragrance "apple" is dissolved in butanol and obtained mixture is dispersed into carrageenan solution in methylcarbinol in presence of E472c preparation with mixing, with addition of butanol and water, obtained suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature.
EFFECT: simplification and acceleration of the process of obtaining microcapsules, reduction of loss in the process of obtaining microcapsules and increase of output by weight.
