FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to encapsulation of aromatisers. The distinctive feature of the disclosed method is the use of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as the microcapsule shell and the use of two precipitants - butanol and ethanol when producing microcapsules using a physical-chemical non-solvent precipitation method.
EFFECT: engineering problem of the invention is simplification of the process of producing microcapsules and increasing mass output.
