FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: semi-product from Cr-Ni-Mo-V steel is heated for hardening to temperature Ac3 +(30÷50)°C and further tempering at 600÷700°C with cooling in air, then ageing is performed at 450±10°C with holding for 5.0÷10.0 h for complete billet heating, and is cooled in air. At temperature of heating for hardening holding is performed for time as per 2.5÷3.0 min/mm of cross-section, cooling is performed in oil, and during tempering the hold time is 5.0÷6.0 min/mm of cross-section with further cooling in air.
EFFECT: increasing of cold-resistance of martensite steels.
