FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method of preliminarily processing of cellulose-containing raw material for enzymatic hydrolysis includes preparation of raw material suspension and processing by acid solution. As acid solution applied is solution of nitric acid with concentration 2.8-6.5%. Heating to temperature 98-100°C is performed with further and exposure for 1-5 hours. Obtained product is filtered, washed. As cellulose-containing raw material applied is miscanthus or seedcoats of cereals. Wasted by the end of one cycle acid solution is enforced by concentrated nitric acid to concentration of solution 2.8…6.5% and apply again many times. Wasted after 18-25 cycles solution is neutralised by ammonia with obtaining ammonium nitrate solution for application in form of fertiliser.

EFFECT: high output of lignocellulose material from initial raw material for the following enzymatic hydrolysis.
