SUBSTANCE: in compensation pendulous accelerometer, in which a magnetoelectric torque sensor represents two magnetic systems comprising permanent magnets, fixed at the end part into magnetic conductors in the form of a rim, a coil of the torque sensor is sprayed into the upper and lower surfaces of a single plate of single-crystal silicon of a pendulous sensitive element, the measurement unit is made in the form of a compact bag glued in at least four areas of contact of slots on flat insulating boards and strips of the single plate of single-crystal silicon of the pendulous sensitive element, supply and release of the electric signal to elements of the measurement unit from elements of electronics is carried with the help of current-conducting contacts made in the form of pins, fixation of elements of magnetic systems, the measurement unit and elements of electronics is carried out with the help of pairs of screws directed towards each other, which are fixed in a common tube with an inner thread, at the same time in bases of heads of which there are sealing gaskets, elements of electronics and a heat sensor are arranged in a separate compartment, which is insulated by a cover, and in the place of contact of magnetic system elements and an electronics board there is an insulating gasket, besides, in a protective jacket there is a hole to vacuumise the inner space of the instrument.
