FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: pendulum compensation accelerometer contains elastic suspension beams of the blade free from metal current leads deposited on their surface, while the current leads from the contact pads placed on the frame to the electrodes of the capacitive angle sensor placed on the blade and the coils of the compensation moment sensor are made in form of free stepped beams placed parallel to the elastic suspension beams, with flat tops of the protrusions and flat bottom sections of the steps, parallel to the planes of the elastic suspension beams of the pendulum and separated from each other and from the suspension beams by through slots.
EFFECT: improved measurement accuracy.
