FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective powder sealing coatings based on polymers for protection against corrosion and wear of, for instance, oil and gas equipment. Components of powder composition for coating include powder polysulphone with vitrification temperature not lower than 210°C and additionally contain ultradisperse montmorillonite powder and polytetrafluoroethylene 4-MB powder with the following ratio, wt %: polysulphone - 50-58; polytetrafluoroethylene 4-MB - 24-28; montmorillonite - 18-22.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain coatings for thread connections of responsible products, possessing improved physical and mechanical, thermal and tribological properties.
