SUBSTANCE: invention relates to corrosion-resistant powder coatings, based on polymers, intended for the protection of products of metal alloys from an impact of an aggressive medium The powder composition comprises polysulphone and further comprises an ultra-fine powder of montmorillonite and powder of polytetrafluoroethylene 4-MB in the following ratio, wt %: polysulphone - 65-67; PTFE 4-MB - 11-15; montmorillonite - 20-22.
EFFECT: invention provides a method for obtaining a mechanical mixture of protective polysulphone-based powder materials for using as a basic material for the production of a corrosion-resistant composite polymer-matrix polysulphone-based powder coating, possessing improved physical and mechanical, thermal, tribological and hydrophobic properties.
