FIELD: heating, drying.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to drying equipment, particularly to solution and suspension drying device, and can be applied in chemical, food and other industries. Heat exchange unit for atomizing drying includes furnace, dryer body with atomiser, heat exchange tubes, heat exchange unit includes heating and evaporation zone in the lower part and cooling and condensation zone in the upper part, body with heat-insulated walls and three pipes for heated solution inlet and outlet, vertical finned pipe in mixing chamber of the furnace, pressure gauge, safety valve and heat carrier filling tap, excess pressure compensation line for heat carrier filling during unit operation, equipped with valve, and pressure relief vessel with pipe for solution drain to circulation loop; the finned pipe exits the furnace and enters heat exchanger consisting of pipe with larger diameter, exiting the finned pipe, and four longitudinally finned pipes of the same diameter, tilted at 60-80°, so that the pipes are perpendicular to each other; and dryer atomiser includes hollow body consisting of cylindrical part with outer thread for connection to distribution pipeline nipple, two hollow cylinder-conical bands coaxial to the atomiser and connected in series, and nozzle formed by external conical surface and blind end partition perpendicular to the nozzle axis is attached coaxially at the lower body part, nozzle partition features central throttle orifice and at least three orifices tilted at 45° to the nozzle axis.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and economy of the heat exchanger operation and increased production capacity of the drier.
