SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying equipment, particularly, to installations for drying of solutions and suspensions, and can be used in chemical, food and other industries. Heat exchanger for spray drier includes a furnace, housing with a sprayer, heat exchange tubes, a heat exchanger. Heat exchanger contains a lower part - a heating and evaporation zone and an upper part - a cooling and condensation zone and condensation, a housing with heat-insulated walls and three pipes for inlet and outlet of heated solution, a vertical finned tube located in the furnace mixing chamber, a pressure gage, a safety valve and valve for heat carrier pouring, an excess pressure compensation line for filling of heat carrier during the device operation equipped with a flap, and an expansion tank with a branch pipe for outlet of the solution into a circulation circuit; the finned pipe at the exit from the furnace joins the heat exchanger consisting of a larger diameter pipe going out of the finned pipe, and four longitudinally finned pipes of identical diameter, also going out of the finned pipe and inclined at an angle of 60-80°; at that, the tubes are located perpendicular to each other.

EFFECT: technical result -and increase in efficiency and economy of the heat exchanger and improvement of the dryer efficiency.
