FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: fluid sprayer comprises a hollow cylindrical casing with a nozzle in which jets are arranged in mutually perpendicular planes. The hollow casing consists of a cylindrical part with external thread for connection to a distribution pipeline union and two hollow cylindrical-conical collars sequentially connected and coaxial to it. A nozzle is fixed in the lower casing part, it is formed by the outer conical surface and an end face solid partition in which central orifice holes and inclined holes at the angle of 45° to the nozzle axis are provided. The nozzle on the side opposite to the fluid supply is fitted by an additional row of jets that are formed by the pairs of mutually perpendicular vertical channels for fluid passage and horizontal channels which are crossing on the conical lateral surface of the nozzle and form outlet holes of each jet. The conical lateral surface of the nozzle features vertex angle equal to 90°. Two rows of orifice holes are provided on the collar rigidly connected to the cylindrical casing part. One row represents at least three horizontal holes made on the cylindrical surface, and the other row represents at least three inclined holed at the angle of 45°.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of liquid atomizing.
