FIELD: heating, drying.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to disperse material drying technologies and may be used in food, microbiological, chemical and other industries. According to the invention, device for loss-free drying includes body with swirling chamber and nozzle, the body is made in the form of feed nipple with central orifice and coaxial cylindrical shell with external thread, connected rigidly to the nipple, while the bottom body part features coaxial nozzle connected to it by a shell with internal thread and made in the form of centrifugal solution flow swirler in the form of cylindrical insert with at least three tangential cylindrical inlet orifices; the shell forms a part of the nozzle and is installed coaxially to the centrifugal swirler with a cylindrical throttle hole in its end surface; the centrifugal swirler is mounted in cylindrical body chamber, thus forming an annular cylindrical chamber for solution feed to tangential inlets of the centrifugal swirler, and is connected to diffuser outlet chamber; tangential inlets are made in the form of channels in tangential direction towards inner surface of the cylindrical insert, and conical cowling is made at the end surface of centrifugal swirler.
EFFECT: improved dryer design.
