FIELD: heating, drying.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of drying particulate materials and may be used in the microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. An apparatus for entrainment-free drying comprises wet material charging device, fan, waste drying agent filtering circuit, drying chamber having a cylindrical housing, wherein a porous shell is arranged coaxially forming free space to provide steady passage of the drying agent inside the shell. Moreover, the material of the shell is made on the base of aluminium-containing alloys filled with titanium hydride or air of a density within the range of 0.5...0.9 kg/m3 having the following strength properties: compression strength within the range of 5...10 MPa, bending strength within the range of 10...20 MPa, the dry product is discharged from a hopper via a rotary valve. Moreover, there is a rotating hollow porous cylinder used to remove the drying agent from the shell. Said cylinder is connected via a shaft to a drive mounted on the cover and is made of a rigid porous material, for instance, of foam aluminium, metal ceramics of a foam metal having a degree of porosity within the range of optimal values: 30...45 %. The wet material or solution may be supplied via several nozzles being equally arranged across the section, and the drying agent is discharged via a space under the top cover from the apparatus, at the outlet of which there is a device for entrapping medium-dispersed particles that is connected with a cyclone leading to a discharge device. Moreover, optimal parameters for medium-dispersed dust sound treatment in the acoustic unit where the dust content in the heat-carrying gas flow is not less than 2 g/m are as follows: sound pressure level within the range of 140...150 dB, oscillation process frequency within the range of 900...1100 Hz, insonation time within the range of 1.0...2 sec. According to the invention, spray nozzles have the form of acoustic spray nozzles, each of them includes housing comprising barrel and rod with a conical flange that forms an acoustic generator made of a nozzle and a resonator, both having the form of concentric annular slots, and a taper-face ring that is connected with the housing.
EFFECT: improving the drying efficiency.
