FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to drying procedure of dispersed materials and may be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. Device for drying without carry-over consists of wet material feeding device, fan, cleaning system of spent drying agent, drying chamber with cylindrical casing, porous shell that is coaxially installed in it, which creates free space for uniform passing of drying agent inside the shell, at that shell material is made based on aluminium containing alloys with their further filling with titanium hydride or air with density within 0.5...0.9 kg/m3 with the following mechanical properties: compressive strength of 5...10 MPa, flexural strength of 10...20 MPa, and dry product removal is done from bunker through sealing leg, and there is a rotating hollow porous cylinder is provided for drying agent removal from shell, and it is made of rigid porous material, such as aerated aluminium or metal ceramics, or metal foam rubber with range of porosity within optimal values of 30...45%, and wet material or solution supply may be done with several nozzles, which are uniformly distributed along the whole of shell cross-section, drying agent leaves the device through the space under the top cover, and at the outlet from the device there is an acoustic unit for catching of medium dispersed particles, which is connected to cyclone, which is connected to discharge device, at that the optimal parameters for sound treatment in acoustic unit with the particles concentration in the flow of at least 2 g/m3 are the following: level of sound pressure within the range of 145...150 decibel, frequency of vibration process within the range of 900...1100 Hz, insonification time in the range of 1.0...2 sec, at that, nozzles are made as acoustic nozzles for liquids spraying, and they contain casing with installed acoustic vibrations generator with resonator, made as, at least one, spherical cavity, which is located in ring wall, and spherical cavity is connected with calibrated opening with annular slot, which is formed by end surfaces of casing and ring planes from the side of conical surface, and the ring is installed with possibility of fixed movement along casing axis by means of threaded joint.

EFFECT: increases drying capacity.
