SUBSTANCE: drilling string bottom (DSB) arrangement comprises a drill bit configured to perform oscillations during interaction with the rock and rotation, and an adapter for suspension, containing stator cylinder for connection with pipe string, slider cylinder for connection with drilling bit, sliding connection, longitudinally connecting slider cylinder with stator cylinder with possibility of slider cylinder movement between extended position and retracted position, torsion joint connecting slider cylinder with stator cylinder in said extended and retracted positions and between said extended and retracted positions, one or more springs installed between stator cylinder and slider cylinder, and adjustable damper, having a damping mode and a resonance mode and configured to damp oscillations of the drill bit, when DSB is rotated with first angular speed in damping mode, and resonance with oscillations of drilling bit, when DSB rotates at second angular speed with transfer of impact energy to drill bit in resonance mode. Adjustable damper comprises an oil buffer and an electronic module comprising an actuator, configured to switch adjustable damper between damping mode and resonance mode, tachometer configured to measure angular velocity of DSB, memory unit configured to store first and second angular velocity values, and microcontroller, maintaining communication with tachometer, memory unit and actuator and configured to activate the actuator in response to a comparison between the measured angular velocity and the first and second angular velocities.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of rock destruction.
