FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: insulating material for slurry storages of industrial wastes includes a clay-containing material and a material in the form of an anthropogenic waste, clay containing material is clay or loamy soil, anthropogenic waste is finely dispersed dust of gas treatment of electrically thermal production of silicon and/or siliceous ferroalloys at the following content of components, wt %: clay or loamy soil 70-85; finely dispersed dust of gas treatment of electrically thermal production of silicon and/or siliceous ferroalloys 15-30.
EFFECT: invention will make it possible to prevent contamination of soil layer adjacent to slurry storages due to reduction due to reduction of coefficient of filtration of insulating material, to recycle anthropogenic wastes in the form of a finely dispersed dust of gas treatment of electrically thermal production of silicon or siliceous ferroalloys.
