FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacture of an instant product for production of a beverage generating a foamed surface in case of reconditioning with liquid. The method uses a porous base powder having particles porosity equal to at least 35%. Volume of pores filled with ice crystals is less than 2.5 mg/l; size of pores filled with ice crystals is less than 3 mcm.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of a beverage in case of reconditioning whereof a beverage with an improved foamed surface is produced due to finely dispersed and homogeneous foam.
