FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to food industry. The method involves the following stages: providing for porous particles powder, the said powder fusing till production of an agglomerated cake (agglomerated briquette) and the agglomerated cake texturising till production of a soluble beverage powder. The porous powder has particles porosity equal to at least 45% where pores have diameter D50 equal to less than 80 mcm, the pores diameter distribution range equal to less than 4.
EFFECT: inventions group allows to manufacture a product with excellent foaming capacity, stability and volume, fast disintegration and solubility during reconditioning with water.
