FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder industry, in particular, to chicken fodder additives. The chicken fodder complex additive contains dry amaranth raw material in the form of grass meal and/or granules mixed with dry fish fodder meal, the weight ratio of dry fish fodder meal to the amaranth raw material being (1-2):10. The invention implementation ensures production of a fodder additive with high digestibility.
EFFECT: additive feeding promotes enhancement of chickens resistance to diseases and improves eggs and meat quality.
