FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to vehicle seat folding backrests drives. Vehicle comprises seat (S1) with two folding backrests with carcass and locking device (D). Device (D) comprises lever (TC) fitted to turn at vehicle element (TP) in direction located nearby two adjacent parts (PAj) of carcasses (ADj) at erect position to take locking or unlocking position. At locking position the lever prevents the turn of one or other backrests (DSj) by holding the part (PAj) of one of said carcasses (ADj). At unlocking position the lever prevents the turn of one or other backrests (DSj) by releasing the part (PAj) of one of said carcasses (ADj). Two retained parts (PAj) of said carcasses (ADj) are adjacent at erect position, each containing part (PR) fitted, in fact, in vertical plane. Lever (TC) is shaped and fitted to retain part (PR) of every adjacent part (PAj) at locked position.
EFFECT: locking/unlocking of two backrests by one lock.
