FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: fluid medium pumping device includes a sealed chamber in which there installed with a possibility of joint and simultaneous displacement and suction of pumping fluid is a working element in the form of an elastic toroid-shaped cover having an elastic filler, as well as provided with a piston made in the form of a bar with support disks, and an actuator made in the form of a pulley connected to a motor, and roller mounts. The toroid-shaped cover is installed on the piston, on both sides of which there fixed is a flexible coupling passing through seals installed in end faces of the chamber, the roller mounts and the pulley. Limit switches connected to the electric motor are installed on the chamber ends with a possibility of interaction with the working element. The elastic filler of the toroid-shaped elastic cover is made in the form of a non-fluid toroid-shaped insert, the surface of which has an antifriction coating. When in a free non-working state, thickness of the insert exceeds a gap between the piston rod and the internal wall of the sealed chamber. The rod and the support disks of the piston are made from plastic material with low surface friction.
