FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: this drive comprises closed flexible drive member running over drive and tension pulleys to contact with hauling cable. This drive is equipped with convex guide either fixed or a set of rollers. Flexible drive member is composed of flat or V-belt running over the guide, one or several drive, tensioning and deflecting pulleys and located between hauling cable and guide with groove made thereat in width larger than that of the belt. Continuous groove for contact with hauling cable is made on outer surface of said V-belt.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of drive.
