FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, specifically to dose-setting mechanisms for repeated mounted drug delivery device. Mechanism comprises a dose setting element and drive element to move a piston rod in a distal direction when delivering dose, wherein drive element comprises proximal drive element and distal drive element. Also provided is a first clutch coupling for connection with possibility of disconnection of proximal drive element and distal drive element. Spring device shifts proximal drive element and distal drive element in connected state in process of setting dose and dose delivery. According to one aspect of invention engagement means are provided, connected to proximal drive element and dose setting element, wherein engagement means are designed so that proximal drive element carries dose setting element in a distal direction when delivering dose, but allows relative axial movement of proximal drive element relative to dose setting element in proximal direction.
EFFECT: invention also relates to an injection device having such dose setting mechanism.
