FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to vascular surgery. Isolation of a reversed vein or an autovein in situ is carried out. The proximal anastomosis is formed. Then distal anastomoses between the autovein and orifices of the shin artery are formed. The "end-to-side" anastomosis is applied between the autovein and the resected orifice of the anterior tibial artery. Then, the distal part of the autovein and orifices of the fibular and posterior tibial artery, cut out with a site, are anastomised "end-to-end".
EFFECT: method makes it possible to restore the main blood flow directly in the shin artery, preserve the adequate blood supply of the shin and foot due to the formation of a necessary quantity of outflow ways, which does not result in an arise of the peripheral resistance increase.
