FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to vascular surgery. Perform basic access to the corresponding operation. After assessing the patency and possibility of shunting of the arteries, a vena saphena magna is allocated to form an autovenous shunt from it using the "reversed autovein" technique, with the obligatory dressing and crossing of all vein branches. Vein are cut to the required length. Then the autovein is removed from the wound and spread as much as possible throughout. In the proximal lumen of the vein cut off for the shunt, the DeBakey needle, the proximal end of the vein, is established by ligating the needle, temporarily fix to the olive body, a clamp of the "bulldog" type is applied to the distal end of the autovein. 20-ml syringe is connected to the end of the needle with air at room temperature, after which the autovein is decompressed by the introduction of an air mass into it. Air inflated vein is immersed into a shallow bath filled with a warm (t 37 °C) physiological solution, while the quality of the relief of the inner wall is evaluated according to the thermogram on the thermal imager screen.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the quality of autovenous shunts and, respectively, the results of shunt operations, to restore work capacity and improve the quality of life of patients.
